2010 ESRI SWUG/UGIC GIS Conference

Be sure to take advantage of the discounted pre-conference ESRI Training Course, Introduction to ArcGIS Server.  New this year, we are offering two 1 day pre-conference URISA certified workshops. These workshops are less technical and designed to educate participants in the work flows and processes of GIS sytems and concepts. For those who don't take advantage of the pre-conference ESRI Training Course there will be a special "hands on" workshop lineup on Tuesday dealing with scripting in ArcGIS. There will be more of an opportunity at this years conference  for "hands on" learning with four (4) additional ESRI and two (2) UGIC "hands on" workshops, all included with your conference registration.  You must register for these "hands on" workshops, space is limited so be sure to register early to reserve your seat. 

 

Enjoy our conference keynote speakers and learn what is going on in the GIS community and with the upcoming release of ArcGIS 10.0 at our plenary sessions on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.  Make plans to stay for the Conference Vendor Social Wednesday evening and a special Conference Vendor Breakfast Thursday morning.  Visit with our conference sponsors and learn about the new technologies and resources they have to offer.  Enjoy the food and drink and network with fellow attendees, renew old acquaintances, make new friends, and possibly win a prize in the Vendor Social Raffle.

Continue your networking and unwind Thursday evening at the Conference Social, a Country Barbeque set along the shores of theColorado River.

 

Enjoy the user breakout sessions offered every day of the conference.  These 40 minute concurrent blocks of presentations offer insight into what your peers are working on, provide instruction and training, and network opportunities.

 

Wrap up this years conference experience by attending the Conference Closing Luncheon on Friday.  Trade conference stories and experiences with old and new friends and try your luck in the conference raffle for a chance to win one of many UGIC and vendor sponsored raffle prizes.
